Proximity,
Reimagined
Induced proximity is more than degradation. Quarry brings proteins together to unlock pharmacology that didn't exist before — beyond inhibition, beyond target removal.
We engineer oral small molecules for clinically relevant biology to deliver durable therapeutic impact — reaching more patients,
for longer.

How We Build
Two proximity technologies define where and how induced proximity is deployed across immunology and oncology. We match the right technology to the right biology.
Surface Interaction Domain Targeting Glues (SIDTAGs)
Oral small molecules that leverage proximity pharmacology for target inhibition.
Tissue-Targeting Glues (TISSTAGs)
Small molecules engineered to induce proximity in a tissue-selective manner, enhancing tumor-specific cytotoxicity.
Parallel Molecular Approaches
Each selected technology is advanced through parallel exploration of complementary molecular approaches.
Molecular Glues
Drug-like molecules that stabilize novel protein–protein interactions to create entirely novel pharmacology.
Heterobifunctionals
Modular small molecules engineered to drive targeted biological outcomes through induced proximity.

Our Team
The scientists who helped build this field are building what comes next.
We’ve spent our careers advancing the field of induced proximity and delivering medicines that work. Quarry carries that experience into a new generation of chemistry, grounded in the belief that the best is still ahead.
